Durg Bahadur Pun Magar, a resident of Ward No. 1 Sarad of Gulmi Chandrakot Township, has failed in both kidneys, according to the concerned ward office, his family’s financial situation is very poor, so he needs a new kidney transplant to save his life. Collected through voluntary donors (Rs. 12 lakh 32 thousand 582 have been collected.
On August 6, 2024, a check was handed over to patient Durga Bahadur Pun and his religious wife Bimala Pun from the hands of Mr. Gopal Singh Galami Magar, an active member of Kathmandu Chandrakot Samaj, and teacher Maya Rana Kaucha, currently resident of Gulmi Shantipur, in the pranagan of Lalitpur Nakhkhu hospital.
Om Prasad Thapa Kaucha, the founder president of Gulmi District Society UK and the founder chief organizer of Pratham Naumati Baja Gulmi UK Group, said that someone’s life could be saved and revived for the sake of 100 charities.
We have succeeded in handing over related diseases and family. Thapa Kaucha would like to express his special gratitude to all the donors who have supported this noble work, hoping to support such humanitarian work in the future as well.
