The first meeting of Nepal Industry and Business Federation Palpa was completed on Tuesday in Tansen.
The meeting formed a 25-member district committee under the chairmanship of Sagar Prasad Devkota.
Krishna Bahadur Thapa, Uma Aryal as vice president, Rajesh Bhattarai as secretary, Yuvraj Shrestha, Rita Pandey, Roshan Budhamgar as deputy secretary and Surendra Acharya as treasurer, Rajendra Bajracharya as co-treasurer were unanimously elected.
The chief guest at the meeting, Madhav Nepal, chairman of the Lumbini Province Committee of the Federation, said that now the industry has collapsed. He said that the UML government should be formed to save from such a situation.
Special guest CPN UML Palpa President Dhanendraraj Ghimire said the need of the moment is economic prosperity with social justice. For this, industrialists and private sector have an important role. He said that the state should be able to encourage this aspect by creating a suitable environment and environment.
Federation’s state committee secretary Keshavraj Panthi, central member and Palpa district in-charge Raju Shrestha gave their best wishes.
Sagar Prasad Devkota moderated the program chaired by Ramji Pokharel.
