A one-month training on sewing Nepali dress Daurasuruwal Gunyucholi is going on in Rampur in coordination with the project of Home and Small Industries Office Palpa and Kaligandaki Foundation Nepal.
Speaking on the occasion of the opening of the training, Durga Prasad Pokharel, Ward President of Rampur Municipality Ward No. 5, said that the training was organized because there are no people who sew Daura Surwal and they can become businessmen if they learn this skill. Also, he has requested everyone to put the training into practice, including the business one.
Industry officer Shyam Kumar Poudel said that the Domestic and Small Industries Office has organized training in Rampur and Tansen after realizing the need in the market sector for training related to Nepalese dress making, sewing and cutting.
Nilakantha Bhandari, the president of Kaligandaki Foundation Nepal, informed that those who are doing business work after learning basic skills in Rampur area have participated in advanced Daurasuruwal and Gunyucholi training.
Under the chairmanship of Shyam Kumar Paudel, Industry Officer of Domestic and Small Industries Office, Palpa, the program was conducted by Manoj Ghimire, Enterprise Facilitator of Industry Office. The training will continue till March 19.
