Lalitpur: The fort area at Baitadi headquarters has been sealed till January 19.

The Dasharathchanda Municipality has decided to seal the fortified area of ​​Ward No. 4 after a local died due to corona infection.

The municipality has stated that the fortified area has been sealed to prevent the spread of the infection as seven people are still infected in the fortified area of ​​the municipality.

Baitadi Police Chief Deputy Superintendent of Police Narayan Prasad Adhikari said that the educational institutions have been closed and the market and shops have been closed.

In Baitadi, 636 people have been confirmed infected so far and two have died from the corona.
