Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Executive Chairman Prachanda has requested Bamdev Gautam and Ram Bahadur Thapa ‘Badal’ to attend the party’s meeting. Addressing the meeting, Prachanda asked, “Can we decide to add three-thirds by sitting one-third of the members?” Prachanda claims that the meeting held in Baluwatar was illegal.
