People residing in Hong Kong have donated NRS One lakh to Tara Sherma of Shivasatakshi, Jhapa. Her home was swept by the flood of Kankai River.

Nepalese residing in Hong Kong have collected the fund via ‘Mechi Campaign’ conducted by facebook group of Hong Kong Nepalese Photography. Coordinator of the campaign Vijay Dalmiya informed that the fund has been provided to Tara Sherma. Few days ago, ‘Mechi Campaign’ has started construction of Sherma’s house. Chairman of Shivasatakshi Municipality Chandra Kumar Sherma, Deputy Chief Bhoj Kumari Nepal and Coordinator of Mechi Campaign Vijay Dalmiya laid the foundation stone of Sherma’s house last Friday.
