Although corona infection has started to be seen at community level in different places, no infection has been seen in Mirmi of Kaligandaki village municipality of Syangja.
Kaligandaki village municipality is conducting PCR test of those who may be at risk at the community level. According to Khadka Bahadur Thapa, Public Health officer of Kaligandaki village municipality, the results of the PCR test of 19 people including foreign workers, health workers, ambulance drivers, truck drivers and traders were negative. He urged all to take health precautions to avoid the epidemic even though the situation has not spread in the Corona community in Kaligandaki so far.
