The Nepali Embassy in Abu Dhabi has drawn attention to the fact that the tendency of Nepalis in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to fight after drinking alcohol is increasing.

The embassy has issued a notice on July 22, asking the Nepalese who are there to behave civilly in the place where they live and work. The “relevant body” of the UAE has informed the embassy that the Nepalis were rioting after drinking alcohol.

The embassy has also stated that there have been cases of drunken behavior outside the embassy premises, disorderly behavior, and abusive language even against the security personnel assigned to the security of the embassy.

It is also mentioned in the notice issued by the embassy that the UAE police took action based on the information of the security personnel on duty on behalf of the UAE government that the security personnel of the embassy were using abusive language.

“The embassy sincerely requests all those living in the UAE to fully comply with the laws, regulations, values and values of the UAE,” the embassy said.
