Rampur Municipality Ward No. 6 started a program to preserve the government public land in the ward and manage and utilize it.


Rampur Municipality Ward No. 6 in 2077-078 AD allocated the government land of Chaur and started the program by pitching a circular path, and after winning the hearts of the local residents, the park took shape.
Humnath Neupane informed that the derelict Ward President Humnath Neupane has started the work of the park after arranging the unoccupied dwellings inside the square and allocating 250,000 budget in AD 2078-079.
After starting the campaign to install the archaic Buddha statue, if the water gets washed away by waves, the work was done to fill the chaur hole with the financial support of the state government.

Locals say that the beauty of the park has increased after declaring the Talpokhara Tilpur Pushpa Marg through the Rampur Municipality Kaliamp Bijaipur Buddha Park to beautify the park where the flag of Nepal and the Buddha flag are fluttering.
In the last financial year, Lumbini Province Tourism Division Office, Bhairahawa, has completed the work of placing Buddha statue, attractive compound, construction of pedestrian walkway in the park and construction of senior citizen resting place waiting room with a budget of 1 million.
Similarly, after the establishment of an open gymnasium from last year’s budget of 3 lakhs in Rampur Municipality Ward No. 6, the appearance of Buddha Park has changed.


In the Buddha Park, which is located on government land with an area of ​​about 8 ropani, there is a gymnasium for patients to exercise regularly to stay healthy, a small open square for students and children to play, Buddha followers to visit the Buddha statue, walk around the park to take archetypal photos, take selfies, and relax in the open square in the morning and evening. , has become a comfortable place to meet and chat.
Dharmaraj Dhakal, chairman of the Buddha Park Construction Committee, said that Buddha Park, which is surrounded by houses, is being maintained, cleaned and maintained, and the residents of the village are joined in a group to make regular savings.
As it is a small park in the middle of Ward No. 6, Ward President Diwakar Devkota informed that with everyone’s attention and cooperation, the Ward Office took it as its ornament.
Raman Bahadur Thapa, Mayor of Rampur Municipality, says that the hard work of local residents, regular cleaning, maintenance and perseverance of local consumers have helped to make the park beautiful and attractive.
