Durga Prasai, director of B and C Medical College, has written a letter to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

Prasai has written a letter to the Prime Minister to take an immediate and clear decision on whether to give affiliation to B and C Medical College or to run it by the government or close it forever.

He made the letter public at a press conference in the capital on Saturday.
