A meeting of the CPN (Maoist) ‘s group held in Baluwatar has nominated 14 people from Syangja as central members. The one who is nominated is also the former Maoist Syangja head Surya kumar Gaire ‘Paras’. He is regarded as the supporter of Ram Bahadur Thapa “Badal”. Surya Prasad Gaihrai ‘Paras’, Meen Prasad Gurung, Chakra Parajuli, Mohan Regmi, Seema Chhetri, Punya Bhusal, Khim Thapa, Mukti Pathak, Narayan Marasini, Sudhir Poudel, Devi Thapa Magar, Devi Thapa Chhetri, Tara Sharma and Taj Mohammad Mia have been nominated from Syangja.However, some of the nominees have stated that they do not belong to the group.
